The Hirsute Hashtag Slingers

Don't ask, just google it...

After an intense final 30mins, our dishes were served, plated and submitted to the judges.

The standard here is quite high but the combination of flavours thrown in with our determination to stay within the brief should fare us well.

Only time will tell.

Somewhere in amongst this variety of vegetables is an award winning dish. T'is true, we have forseen it.

10mins until we start cooking.

The menu is complete and the ingredients are in.

We. Are. Ready.

Today Alfie Dennen and I will be participating in what is best described as 'Masterchef for Bloggers' aka Nom Nom Nom 2011.

We have a top secret menu, damn good outfits and an over riding determination to kick this thing out of the park working in our favour and, to ge fair, I almost feel sorry for the other competitors... ;)
